Neha is the Managing Trustee and the founder of Sahyog. She has a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has worked in social research since 1997 and been involved in life-skills training and curriculum development since 2002.
Beena has a Masters in Social Work from College of Social Work, Mumbai and a PhD in Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She was a post-doctoral fellow at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education. She has worked on the professional development of teachers in formal and non-formal settings such as Shishuvan, Udayachal Primary School and Aseema.
Priya founded Antarang Foundation in 2012 to help young adults from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds manage their transition from education to employment. Prior to setting up Antarang Foundation, she spent 11 years in the Social Sector leading organisations like SNEHA and The Akanksha Foundation as COO. Priya has a Masters in Management from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. Priya is an Ashoka Fellow, a Dasra Social Impact Leadership Fellow and an Unlimited India Growth Challenge Fellow.
Surabhi has been making documentaries since 2000. Her key concern has been documenting cities in transition through the lens of labour, music and migration, and most recently reproductive labour. Her films have been screened and awarded at international film festivals, museums and universities.
